More and more people are choosing healthier ways of living and the first place they start is what food they put into their bodies.

Veganism is no longer for long (leg) haired hippies blowing on their didgeridoos and -free (you insert the word) isn’t for ‘picky’ eaters, ‘fat’ people or helicopter parents.

A while back Emma went to a homeopath and we discovered she’s pretty much allergic to everything, except cardboard. No, wait, cardboard too! And the biggest shock (and challenge) is that she can’t have any additives, MSG’s and preservatives. So, as a mom who does parties and events I’ve decided to put my money where my mouth is and introduce ‘clean’ dessert tables…
